All artwork presented here at The Art of Flying are the work and copyright of Phillip Tan, Singapore. At no point in time will the artwork be allowed to be sold by you, the downloader, whether in a packaged CD/DVD or as individual prints. By visiting The Art of Flying and downloading the wallpapers, you hereby agree to abide by this.

ARTWORK COLOURS
While we strive to achieve the most accurate colours faithful to the original livery, it is practically impossible due to different lighting conditions and the white balance of different monitors. Prints will, by nature of the physics of light, differ in colour to those on the screen. We will, however, take extreme care to ensure the prints are as faithful to the original as possible.

COMMISSION OF ARTWORK
We also accept commission of customised artwork. Please contact me for more details. Full or partial payment will be required before work commences on commissioned artwork.

COMMERCIAL USE
Please contact us prior to using our artwork on your publication/webpage/company presentations. We can sell you non-transferable rights for each image and you can use those images as much as you like for a fee. Full payment will be required before the bitmap file is sent out.

NON-AUTHORISED USE
You hereby agree that you will not use the artwork available on The Art of Flying on any of your own websites, whether for financial gain or not. All wallpapers downloaded shall be for your personal use OFFLINE ONLY. By downloading these wallpapers, you signify your agreement to abide by this condition.
